I know Chipotle well. At one time, three of my siblings all worked their ways up the ladder, so to speak, and served as managers at different store locations in Austin and Wichita. I also eat Chipotle too frequently because it's quick and easy; stores are within walking distance to both my home and office. That said, I believe the Chipotle located on Richmond Avenue is the best store ihave experienced (even including my siblings' stores). I have never once experienced any issues receiving correctly prepared orders, which I think is impressive because I order for my entire office at least once every six or so weeks. This location also has the fastest delivery times in the city. The longest wait time I have experienced was 23 minutes. My favorite food on the menu is the Large Chips & Large Side of Guacamole. It's that simple. I mean, who doesn 't love guacamole? It's great as a side to a meal or as a standalone snack.

I ordered from this chipotle twice now and both times the meal has been less than satisfactory. I ordered three soft tacos with chicken both times. The first time there was barely a regular spoonful of each ingredient. Today, all of the chicken is extremely burnt and the little chicken there is I have to peel apart to get at least some chicken.

They didnt melt the cheese on my Kid's Quesadilla. It's like they just tossed it in the bag. My kid doesnt even want it. We paid $17 dollars to have this Doordashed because I have a migraine and couldnt cook or go out ourselves. Very disappointed.

Love Chipolte- always fresh and good portions! This time was a Burrito Bowl- protein, dairy, vegetables, and fiber make it a well balanced meal. Would definitely order again, which why it is in my favorites.

I added guacamole and they put very little on both bowls. Guac is too expensive to get very little! The bag of chips had very few chips as well.
