I've never had a Burrito Bowl this bad. I'm pretty much plain Jane so it's hard to even mess up what I ordered. I got a bunch of crunchy rice that had no flavor. This whole bowl tasted like nothing. They only put sour cream and cheese on half the bowl and the meat was on the end where there was no sour cream or cheese. This has got to be the worst location I've ordered from. Total waste of money. I got a bowl full of rice with not much else. It was semi warm so unsure if it was fresh. I won't order from this store again.

Took over 45 minutes because they had to cook more chicken, but my bowl only had 6 pieces of chicken in it, very disappointing to say the least. Pretty sure they just don't care about online orders. I'd recommend a different chipotle location

Did not include my 2 door cilantro lime sauce. I would not have paid for that if it didn't come with it. Gave me a pathetic amount of chicken. And completely forgot my lettuce and utensils that I asked for,

The food was cold I got half chicken half steak and it literally only had three pieces of tiny steak inside, the chips and cheese was nasty and cold"bottoms of the barrel. The store was dirty as well. I'm not sure if it's Bc it was around 6 i the evening but wouldn't eat there for a long while.

My bowl was not half of what it usually is. I could see the bottom of the bowl and I had 5 pieces of chicken in it. Terrible job and very disappointed. Additionally, chips were stale.
