My order was received over an hour after being placed, and my rice was crunchy and hard. I paid additional to try the Carne Asada meat, and it was only 2-3 pieces in my bowl. I literally feel like they just took my money. My bowl was smashed and had guacamole all on the outside of my container. I received only an $8 credit for a $18 bowl, and I tipped.

The burrito barely had any chicken and it tasted like a black bean burrito. It was terrible. Also, the queso was a joke. It came in a small to go container... not even a cup. Wont be ordering from here again.

Added double chicken but only had very little. Ordering online this always happens . 5$ extra for nothing very disappointing

Burrito was dry, no way to add salsa on site. Too much lime on guacamole. Chips and almost non existent salsa, not enough salsa. No way to add more on site. Bowl is for lunch we will see. Yeah spent 50 bucks for this not worth 50 bucks meal. Couldn't add jalapeno either! Weak at best thus far... It was quick getting here.
Not sure that matters.

Ordered brown rice, got white rice. Tasted good and they put lots of steak, but I found multiple small pieces of bone in it as I was chewing.
