Chipotle has always been good but over the past few times I've ordered they have been very inconsistent with their meats. The steak was gray and that's not edible to me . The portion size of the rice was so small it wasn't worth the money.

seriously, a burrito bowl that I am paying $18 for that looks like it is made for a child's meal. And they can not wrap a damn burrito at all. the chicken was burnt and crema was just horrible.

So when I first started ordering from this store a year or two ago, they were awful. Fast forward things got better it seemed like they took their bad reviews and feedback into account and started doing a flawless job.
Now we're skimping again and only filling Burrito Bowl 3 quarters full or less. 2nd Burrito Bowl in1 month time that's short.

I paid 30 dollars and you didnt even fill the bowl like youre supposed to and where is my fork and napkins smh im at work this is unacceptable and the lettuce is brown what the hell you just dont care get another job then cau u clearl did not treat this as if it were your food smh get it together

My burrito was smaller than a baked potato, the amount of money we spent for 2 burrito and a burrito bowl and the portion size is significantly low! Very disappointed, clearly you saw it was a pick up order and made small burritos!
