Pedí pollo y solo llegaron 3 cubitos pequeños con un montón de cebollas y pimientos la comida estaba mal embalada y revuelto. Creo que el servicio en tienda es excelente, pero para llevar es deficiente!!

The bowl was really good, everything I said for was in the bowl. Now for the queso, it doesn't taste bad or nothing but $6 for this little thing is crazy because just adding it to your bowl is $2.50 or something like that but I promise its same amount that's in this cup. So $6 is crazy for this little ass cup.

Cold, undercooked rice, watery. Other than the spice of the salsa it was utterly flavorless because nothing was cooked.
Chips and queso: the cheese is disappointing, but more importantly they don't provide enough chips to pair with the queso. Chips HAVE to be cheaper to produce than cheese, so I'm confused why they choose to skimp on that over everything else.

The burrito was good but it was mostly rice and the rice was old, it had hard rice kernels in the burrito which indicates it's been sitting in the warmer long enough to get hard. Also my Side of Adobo Ranch I added was skimped. There was hardly any ranch in the container, they old put one fourth of ranch in the container, meaning the container had only one fourth of the sauce in it, a very minimal amount. Very skimpy and disappointed.
