I ordered steak bowl and got the Barbacoa. It tasted like it was cooked in a ton of chili powder. There was like 3 pieces of meat and the rice was drowned in Barbacoa liquid. Usually love chipotle but this was definitely a disappointment!

I don't usually review stores (especially considering mistakes and bad days are bound to happen at times), but this location consistently underdelivers in their doordash orders and has for years. The Burrito was incredibly small and mostly tortilla. I set it next to an average kroger water bottle and it was nearly the same circumference and about 2/3 of the height. On multiple occasions I've had pieces of meat in my burritos when I get sofritas. I also do not recommend getting drinks as I've had them not be included on multiple occasions. I'd strongly advise ordering in store or going to another location. On the plus side, the chips and salsa tasted fresh, and they are usually pretty quick to fulfill orders.

The burrito bowl was very much underserved. I ordered double chicken and was served barely one portion. I understand these are high-class problems, but when you're spending this much for chicken, you expect to get a bigger portion than this.

No beans no rice. Quesdilla wrapped like a burrito. Not crisp. Every other order from this chipotle is wrong

The rice was hard, I did not get double steak, and the steak I did get was all fat. This location has missed the past few times.
