• 10/11/25It's better to go in person because the online orders are smaller portion sizes compared to when you order in person (specifically the bowl). It still tasted good but it was at least half a pound of food, the only reason I'm not really upset is because I had a free entry when I spent 20 dollars, but regardless this has happened more than once so do yourself a favor and order online.

• 23/10/23Never put enough ingredients for the price! The dasher was excellent though. Chipotle definitely needs to do better, because a half way full Burrito Bowl should not cost $21 before dasher tip (no guac or queso or extra meat added).

• 7/3/23The grilled chicken burrito bowl was really good- very filling to where I have some leftover for late night snack or tomorrow. Just wish there was some type of way the food could stay as warm to hot as it can as I don't live too far. And I understand they put the cold soda inside my food bag closed up, but then my soda gets warm and my food doesn't stay as hot as it could be.
Other than that it was delicious and I would be getting it again!

• 6/2/24I ordered a veggie bowl and was disappointed that the bowl had not been filled up which amounted to over $17.00. I have always been fond of Chipotle but this saddens me. I am battling physical health challenges preventing me from driving and walking. I share this because the portion size I received today from an online order vs when I've been able to go in to pick my food is different. I'm certain this is not standard this corporation prides itself upon.
Please be more mindful of your customers ordering online. Thank you advance.

• 18/5/25It's very expensive. It's very little food. Hardly any chicken or steak. Chips are hard and stale. Guacamole is sometimes brown. I don't know how Chipotle stays in business.
