Portions were smaller than usual. My Burrito Bowl was cold and some of the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Disappointed as they usually do better. Hopefully next time we order they will deliver. The Burrito also had undercooked rice. :( Only our One Taco was as it should be.

I paid extra for double wrapping and wasn't double wrapped. Additionally, because it wasn't double wrapped, a whole was created on the side of the burrito upon opening which resulted it to all come apart when I ate. Basically paid extra for less tortilla and a burrito bowl without the bowl...

waited an hour for my food when they said 20-40minutes. the rice was stale and had chunks of fat rather than the steak.
