I usually love Chipotle, but today I was really disappointed. The portion was much smaller than what I normally receive — honestly, it looked like half the amount I’m used to getting. I don’t mind paying for good food, but I expect consistency. Hopefully this was just an off day, because this time it really fell short.

Highly disappointed. I don't know if you were out of rice or just low on it. But my bowl had maybe two tablespoons of rice. and it was nothing but water on the bottom. more like a soup bowl. $35 for a bowl and chips and dip, I'd expet better quality!

The steak was old and dried out and bowl was not filled to capacity. It was an hour before the store closed.

I paid 50 dollars to get no rice. The portion sizes are usually way more than 2 bites of rice. We had to get more food elsewhere!

Good was fresh but the burrito was lacking meat! It was extra for it but barely got any??
