Paid extra for them to make it faster, the doordash priority shipping and everything. my order was placed around 10:20 and i recived it 45 minutes after. Sour cream dripping out of bowl and stale ships

The food tasted really good and well seasoned first time getting Sofrito and I like it better than the actual meat! Excellent vegetarian option my only complaint would be that the rice was actually really hard.

Chips were extremely stale. Food was subpar--lettuce was old, chicken was sparse, waaayyy too much salt--tasted like a salt lick has been included. Delivery was fine.

One of the four meals was missing from the order. Really heavy on the rice and beans but they skimped on the meat and veggies. Normally when we go to any other chipotle we get a better ratio of everything. Really disappointing to also have the missing meal in our bag.

They didn't give me any of my salsa. Too much sour cream. And very little chicken.
