The burrito bowl order of mine had chicken and guac. I do not know what happened during the cooking process but the chicken was burnt and dry and on top of that paltry. The chicken was cut into the smallest bits I have ever seen from Chipotle. Plus they had bones when I but into them! The fajitas were not cut or cooked correctly with them being a single long piece of the red bell pepper. I ordered guacamole on top of my bowl and it wasn't even a dollop of the amount.
Overall this is the most disappointing order I've ever had from Chipotle. They are always on top of it.

Less than 3oz of carnitas in a bowl. Not even a tongs worth to go with half a scoop of corn salsa, all to go on stale rice. All for $17. Won't order again.

The food was not fresh. The meat was dry like it was sitting in the station for hours. Paid alot of money for delivery just to be disappointed. I only recommend this store if you are able to go in person. The delivery/take-out lane has failed me twice now with non-fresh food.

So much damn beans and rice. I didn't ask for extra. Burrito fell apart immediately upon opening. They skimped on the sour cream cheese. After 30+ years you'd think Chipotle would know how to make a burrito. Pathetic

I got like small scoops of everything, it tasted great and it was very fresh but I'm disappointed how small the portions were compared to going in person. Overall, I wouldn't order online again, probably just go in person
