This new chipotle is horrible. 2 times now and the food has tasted bad, didn't get the correct items we ordered and there was about a half a spoonful of items in there for a $20 bowl.

Severely disappointed in the quality of food that was delivered to me. Bowl is clearly not full and guac (that I had to pay extra for) is brown and almost non existent

Poor quality of how food was packaged and delivered. There was no effort put into this order. Leaked all in the bottom of the bag which caused it to rip open when delivered. Will not be ordering from here again. Not worth the price.

Both of the Burrito Bowls we got were not good. The carnitas tasted like the meat was bad and was so over cooked it was mealy. The chicken was very over cooked too and we didnt get the extra chicken we paid for. I didnt see either of the salsas and very little toppings. Hopefully this new locations just working out the kinks and will improve, the other one nails it every time.

I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, cheese, lettuce and queso.
The lid matched the order but the food inside didn't.
The only things that were correct were the steak,cheese and black beans.
It had white rice, corn, tomato's, sour cream, black beans cheese and steak.
It was also very cold.
When I tried to call the store, I couldn't speak to anyone it referred us back to the email link.
Bad service. I'm very disappointed considering the cost and how often we eat here.
