I never leave reviews but this was laughably bad. Food was cold when I got it, I took 3 bites and just had to throw the rest away, I may as well eat a block of ice. I paid extra for extra protein and I decided I should weigh out the protein before I threw it all away, protein came out to 5.3 oz so I got not even an ounce and a half extra of protein which is supposed to be 8 oz total. They didn't add the queso I paid extra for, or any sour cream and a couple other ingredients I asked for in my order either, thanks for trying to keep my caloric intake down I suppose. I'm done ordering from here. The staff of children are really rude in person as well, just flat out do not order from this location, go to the Chipotle in Carmel, it's worth it to drive further/pay a higher delivery fee for actual customer service and quality food that is actually what you ordered.

I ordered my normal steak salad I always get at least twice a week with avocado and double steak. This was the first time I had it delivered and they did not give the same portion of steak or ingredients im used to. Its disappointing they dont take the same care when making for delivery considering the extreme price difference between eating in vs delivery.

I haven't had a burrito bowl this perfectly filled and layered since 2019. For how late I had ordered this, everything tasted fresh.

Incredibly inconsistent with the amount of chicken and other toppings. For example, too much rice and minimal chicken. Too much sour cream, and missing the queso that was ordered.
