Unfortunately, I ordered three steak tacos and a bottle of coke. They placed the cold bottle of coke on top of the tacos, so the tacos were cold. Also, I ordered sour cream on the tacos, but the tacos were saturated in sour cream. I realize this is a new business, but I was so disappointed. $30.62 delivered, including a 5.00 tip, was an expensive meal that I couldn't eat.

Worst burrito bowl. Made with the wrong rice, and didn't include 1/2 the toppings I picked. They gave me just white rice and chicken, and the container wasn't even 1/2 full. I would have never paid for this inside a chipotle.

I order chipotle weekly in the chipotle app for pick up at blue oaks location. this Burrito Bowl was poor. the rice was dry and not flavorful as usual. The meat was fatty. Lastly, does Chipotle not sticker and seal up the bag when a door dasher is assigned pick up?! It should be. Thanks!

Tortillas were old. Guac had big chunks of avocado that weren't mashed. Chicken was chewy. Usually a little from this location, but they were very off today.

I normally don't write reviews but this deserved one. Every bite of steak I had to discard of it was all fatty. I use to love chipotle have not had it in a long time so I thought I would give it a try. What happened to the quality?
