Salad had three pieces of lettuce, had to go back to ask for more lettuce. It was halfway filled with bean juice. Had to pour out all the bean juice to eat a really soggy and sloppy salad. My chips were stale. A waste of money honestly.

I  only get  lettuce, meat,veggies and guacamole on my bowl and they hardly put any lettuce in that also the lettuce all flat and soggy. You would think for $17 they could at least fill the bowl up with lettuce. To top it off I paid extra for guacamole which was all brown and gross looking. Very disappointed in the way this looked.

The burrito is noticeably smaller than before. But the price is still expensive. That is disappointing. I'm not gonna order from here again unfortunately. And almost $15 burrito should not be this small.

Burrito orders are terrible, grossly undersized burrito added extra meat and my burrito was smaller than a regular burrito. Not sure if this is Napa specific but orders have been terrible. Chipotle use to be so much better.

Both burritos were missing items with old rice ( or overcooked dry rice ). Food was packaged incorrectly and spilled over all other to go orders.
DoorDash delivery was fine. Restaurant quality was the issue, avoid this restaurant. Also, you can't reach the restaurant via phone , only online or phone bot.
