What a poor show in quality of food. Steak tuff, pinto beans dry and not done. I haven't ordered from here in over a year and now I remember why. Over priced for the quality.

The extra chicken did not come on the right container. This is much smaller and I paid almost 5 dollars for the extra not for this portion

Nothing but grissel with every bite. I had to remove chunks of meat that was hard to chew and inedible after each bite. The steak was absolutely terrible. The steak looked and tasted like it was boiled. The only good part of this burrito was the cheese and corn salsa. Will never order a burrito from here again. That's for sure.

Poor quality, tons of gristle in the chicken meat in all areas from the Burrito Bowl, Burrito, One Taco. One bag of Chips & Guacamole was half gone, maybe a third. The other bag was barely half full. Cheese and guac were old already. This bodes very poorly for this location as it just opened. At this time they should be freshly trained by a top notch team from corporate. They have failed, or the worker quality is so poor they are doomed anyway. I had higher hopes, but this is a reality for any fast food on the west side of Jacksonville. Fail.

I received absolutely no chips w/ my 2 large orders of chips and queso. I also ordered a small queso, all of the queso is soupy! Literal soup! You had to have seen you were serving soup when packaging my order. The chicken in my burrito bowl and side of chicken were half cooked as well. Inconsistent and definitely does give Chipotle integrity in our food that you're putting out. Do better!! At these prices you have to putting out quality consistent food otherwise what's the point!
