• 9/10/26Burrito bowl was half full and sour cream was added when not requested. This is 3rd order that has been subpar. The downtown store has been much better.

• 1/5/25The bowl I got was great! But Chipotle, why are you charging almost $6 for chips and queso and you give out this tiny thing of queso... Chipotle loves to charge an arm and a leg and then give you the smallest portion ever.

• 7/5/25The Burrito Bowl was kind of pathetic. Part of the problem was that I couldn't ask for less black beans and more corn salsa. And for the amount I am paying, the portion was small.
The Burrito on the other hand was huge! It was great.
The driver was great with pictures taken of the receipt showing the order. His communication was exceptional!

• 29/12/23Paid $5.70 for a handful of chips and small container of queso. Definitely not the amount or quality that you get when going in store.

• 1/9/25I'm not sure if this is the store that delivered to me, but my bowl was VERY disappointing. I got MAYBE 8 pieces of chicken and what looked like half a spoonful of rice. Very disappointed in the portions, doesn't make me trust ordering over DoorDash since I can't see how they're making the order. For a $13 meal, I was expecting better.
