I normally do not review at all, but I ordered extra meat on two bowls, and it was less than regular serving in store for both (all I ordered was veggies and meat, no rice or any extras). And, please watch the salt. I am a salt-a-holic, but the chicken was like someone had POURED salt in. I know it is hard to work in food service, but the quality for the money is frustrating.

The lettuce was soggy and brown. The bottom of my bowl was soaked so it didn't taste good, probably from the lettuce being wet when put into the bowl. All I could eat was the top and that had so much shredded cheese that I had to take some off.

did not send a fork to eat my salad. the chips are stale. I asked for sourcream and guacamole which is there but more than all the other ingredients. my salad is saturated with guacamole n sourcream. not worth the 20 bucks it cost me..

The food is fresh, but it could use a bit more flavor. If there were more on the plate, I’d definitely order again. The rice is a bit tough, and there’s a bit too much of it.

I love chipotle, but they continually disappoint. At least at this location. I ordered a salad with Barbacoa. I had maybe 3 bites of the salad that included barbacoa. It was very disappointing, but not atypical unfortunately. #Where'sthemeat?
