They did great with the burrito and bowl, good quality, absolutely loaded lol, but the chips did not at all taste fresh they were actually stale and a bit hard to chew. Order was also marked as ready for pickup but when I arrived (10 minutes AFTER it was marked as ready) it was in fact not ready or even being worked on. I waited for another 20 minutes. One of the staff asked for my name, said "they should be working on that soon" AND THEN SAT DOWN FOR BREAK. It wasn't until another employee asked for my name and she prepared our order (pretty hastily I might add) that I was finally able to get the food I paid for and get out the door. She was an absolute darling and very sweet and apologetic about the whole ordeal so bonus points for that. Definitely sad about the chips though, I normally love their chips

Didn't know that I could review or I would have taken pictures. Paid $4 more for Carne Asada and got TWO small pieces of Carne. In the whole bowl... the taste was good, but the quantity that I had to pay extra for means I will not be ordering via DoorDash again... better to go into the store where you can see it made.

I ordered online for pick up and when I received it portions were WAY off. No I understand that sometime people complain about to little on the toppings but mine was WAY to much. Like where the rice and beans...the flavor was bland and the cinlatro in the very little rice was almost brown. Ew gross

Bowl had hardly any meat. I asked for Carnitas but hardly had any meat. It had plenty of the sides but hardly any meat.

The bowl was a mess. If that is chicken then it was OLD. Hard gray chunks of something and only three pieces. Won’t be back!
