The cheese in the quesadillas was not melted on both of them. There were beans in my quesadilla with the steak. There wasn't an internal lid in the quesadilla boxes so all the sides (red sauce, sour cream, pico) spilled onto one another.

there was half the normal amount of rice in my bowl that i just paid almost 15 dollars for before deli fees...

I waited 52 minutes at the store to pick up my order. The General Manager was yelling at her staff in the back, leaving the line and everything absolutely empty with a line full of customers waiting to order and pickup their orders.
After 52 minutes of waiting, 40 minutes PASSED the time I was supposed to receive my order, I was missing a Quesadilla and my Burrito Bowl was missing the steak.
Instead of what we ordered, they heaped on MASSIVE piles of lettuce instead.
I would not order this again. It wasn't very tasty and the Chips & Queso Blanco freshness was QUESTIONABLE, along with the HIGH PROTEIN CUP - CHIPOTLE HONEY CHICKEN that I received that was too chewy and tasted gamy. Disgusting honestly.

The rice was hard, and they only gave me a single spoonful of meat—there was so little of it that I ended up eating rice with corn.

This store messes up all the time.its a shame. The full-size quesadilla that you can only order online, came as a kid size. They never put the inner lid on top so all the sauces spill over. They forgot one of my red sauce and chips even though I paid for two. Their quality of food as even started to decline with meat subpar. Corporate management needs to get involved.
