Literally asked for white queso and extra barbacoa and was given nothing but sour cream and like 2 chunks of barbacoa. Mind you, i paid extra for extra meat. I guess it's difficult to read orders and make them . As a former food industry worker, it truly isnt that difficult to follow an order.

Burrito bowl had very little lettuce and very little steak, which is disappointing since I paid extra for steak. The kids meals were made as ordered. Unfortunately the food was cold by the time we got it (probably because they didn't time the order well- this has happened to us here before, as the time between the driver picking it up and dropping it off was a normal amount of time). To top it off, there were no utensils or napkins in the bag. I love Chipotle's food but they have gotten increasingly sparing with their portions (specifically on delivery orders) while charging high prices. The management at this store specifically is sub-par so don't expect a satisfactory resolution if you have order issues.

Fouble chicken apparently means double beans to chipotle. Double chicken costs $4 while double chicken does not. The amount of beans was disgusting because it made the rice wet.

Bowls were sparse with the choices added to the point that everything was able to be pushed to one side and only a 1/3 of the bowl was filled. talk about shrinkflation- I didn't know rice and beans were so pricey that those had to be minimized too. on top of that the 4 Tortillas ordered on the side were cold, not even slightly warmer. very disappointing.

the three tacos I received were packaged in one sheet of aluminum foil so they were all soggy. also, one of the tacos was 50% cheese and sour cream. just nasty
