Ordered extra chicken and even if it was not ordered, I got the smallest scoop of chicken ever. My fajitas peppers was just raw peppers, barely cooked. More rice than anything else and I didn't even order extra rice. The fact that I ordered extra chicken was charged and barely even got a single order of chicken is crazy to do to an online order. I work in the industry and understand that to go order you cannot recover from because you cannot interact with the guest. Would that ever order from the store again please go to the Boardman location better quality

never. should have gotten tacos. better yet order real Mexican. no chips. a Quesadilla 2 pieces. more sides than food. andit wasn't good. No room to even eat all the sides that was supposed to be added on. For what I paid I could have done better with a real Mexican place .better bangfor the buck.

This place gets worse every time I order from them. Quality is poor and there are always issues with my orders. I ordered Chips & Guacamole and there were like 6 chips in the bag, 6! That is $1/chip. Guac is brown which means it is not fresh and it is barely lunch time. Also ordered a Salad and there was no dressing even though it was ordered. Door dash does nothing. I am done with this place!

Hardly any chicken or corn salsa in the Burrito Bowl. Salad had no dressing and all the food is extremely bland. Won't order from this location again. Not fresh at all.

Consistently poor experience. The food quality from this location is unacceptable compared to other Chipotle stores in the area. Portions are inconsistent, ingredients are often poorly prepared, and orders regularly arrive sloppy or incorrect.
What makes this worse is that DoorDash frequently forces orders to route through this specific store, leaving customers with no real choice. Multiple attempts to contact the restaurant by phone go unanswered, which only adds to the frustration when issues inevitably come up.
If you’re expecting the standard Chipotle quality you get at other locations, you will be disappointed. Until there’s a serious improvement in food preparation, consistency, and basic customer responsiveness, I strongly recommend avoiding this store altogether.
Do not order from this location if you value your time or your money.
