I order delivery from this location quite a few times. Lately, every time I order from them, something or the other has been amiss.
A few weeks ago, I added special instructions on the order and the instructions were not followed. I just noticed today that this particular location doesn't allow special instructions any more.
Last week the soft tortillas on the kids meal were hard as a rock.
Today, the burrito bowl hardly had any chicken or fajitas and was loaded with sour cream and cheese. Felt like I was eating spoonfuls of sour cream.
I guess if I want my order to be palatable, I have to go in, in person.

lettuce was old and wilted, tomato salsa had what tasted like jalapeños in it and way Spicer than normal, rice was Gray looking, chips were burnt and I only got about 10chips

My tacos look like they were just thrown in the container. The container itself was not closed all the way and spilled out into the bag and the bag ripped. I don't believe it was the dasher just poor care and packaging

All bowls had about $2.00 worth of food in them. Little to no protein, handful of lettuce, and everything was cold. $100 later and everyone is still hungry. Thanks chipotle for sucking massively.
