Usually, their food is on point. this time it was horrible. I couldn't tell if the rice was old & dried out or undercooked. Rice was crunchy. Paid 5.00 for double meat and didn't even get a full single serving. The chicken was cooked into small, hard bits.

There are hard clumps of rice. This is the first time this restaurant meal was so disappointing and disgusting.

My Three Tacos are usually pretty good no complaints, but this order it was so much rice and sauce, I was wondering where was the steak? Kind of disappointed with this order.

I always get this Burrito Bowl and i never seem to get tired of it. Absolutely love Chipolte and this bowl.
