I ordered the Burrito Bowl with chicken and paid extra for Carnitas. My Burrito Bowl barely had any chicken (roughly 8 tiny pieces from what I saw), was absolutely drowned in sour cream, and had no Carnitas. I appreciate Door Dash refunding the extra I paid for the Carnitas, but sadly, I won't be ordering from Chipotle again, as the orders aren't made with care or concern when you're not standing in line to watch.

It was a lot of fat on the brisket also the bowl barely had any cheese or sour cream, my chips were stale. I feel like chipotle is not one of the things you can DoorDash be they play with your order every time

My bowl was received half empty! Literally only 3 pieces of chicken. I called the store several times to speak with a manager & no one answered the phone at all! This photo is after it was mixed together to see the full quantity of the bowl. I have a video as well but i'm unable to upload.

Everything was perfect! The chips tasted like they were fresh baked. My burrito bowl had ample chicken and they sent extra dressing for my salad.

Barley no meat in it I picked through it and li literally counted 5 pieces of chicken in it and the rice was to hard
