• 23/9/25Good evening, I ordered a chipotle bowl from chipotle off tonnelle in north bergen. The whole bowl was drenched in sour cream from the bottom to the top of the bowl. Highly disappointed in this chipotle, expected more. I recommend the chipotle in Edgewater more. Portion was unproportional . Other bowl was fine.

• 7/6/26I have ordered food from here many times and have never had any issues before. However, this time the rice was very hard and seemed undercooked. It was impossible to eat it that way, so I had to leave most of the meal. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this is the first time I have experienced this issue. Thank you.

• 17/12/25The burrito bowl is extremely spicy, and the food quality was really poor. My burrito was barely wrapped and fell apart instantly.

• 11/1/26The the bowls were so wet they leaked into bag and the bag fell apart. The chips were stale. The lettuce was wilted and barely present in the salad bowl
