After reading about the sand in taco bell's meat ingredient list and how Chipotle is actually one of the EXTREMELY rare safe places to eat nowadays and they actually admit when they fail, and they make changes to keep people safe, I decided to give them a try even tho I am very picky person, especially with me not being big on "healthy" tastes ...my mind was BLOWN at how fantastic and fresh this food tasted, seriously. The packaging is flawless, the food literally tastes like some got fresh veggies from the garden and made the pick this morning and the portion size was perfect! I will order again from Chipotle, that is guaranteed! (Will be spreading the word of how great it is too!) Thank-you Chipotle, you have restored some faith back into the fast food industry!

Customer service was good but unfortunately the Burrito was terrible. Rice was undercooked & overwhelmed the burrito due to the excessive amount , it was 80% rice & rice wasn't even cooked right . Most Staff was friendly though just not the one making our food she looked miserable

The guac was not the same as normal, no flavor. But the chicken bowl was built so well! It was full and delicious.

the taste was phenomenal, the guacamole is so good i recommend adding it as well as the queso blanco!! + so much food i couldn't even finish it.
