For what they charge for a rice bowl, this one was pretty sad. hardly any rice in it at all. The black beans weren't drained at all, so it was basically soup at the bottom of my bowl, and most of the steak was fat. kind of disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting. I can’t say I’ve ever had a good experience here. Tried to give this location another chance but clearly they have not improved. Our rice was barely cooked. The chicken was burnt and old. The guac was brown. Paid almost $7 for a tiny cup of subpar queso that doesn’t even come with chips! Can’t believe I wasted $45 on this garbage. If I could give this zero stars I would.

I will tell you one thing- they AREN'T stingy when it comes to queso or sour cream lol. The Chips & Guacamole is a must have!

No guac, corn salsa, lettuce, or fajitas. I essentially paid for a tiny bowl of black beans and overcooked rice. Also- the "side" of queso is not worth $3

Honestly, I've been getting more and more disappointed with Chipotle every time I order from there. For reasons I cannot explain, when you order in-store, you always get heaping amounts of all the toppings. It always felt VERY worth the value. When you order via delivery, the bowls are disappointing junior versions of their real menu selves. Both bowls today were *literally* half full. I think this might be the last time for me.
In addition:
Our chicken Burrito Bowl bowl was missing chicken and lettuce, both items show on the receipt.
Our veg Burrito Bowl was missing fajita veggies (the main ingredient) and lettuce, both items show on the receipt.
