Rice looked like it was cooked 3 days ago. Big hard chunks of rice. Maybe 2 tablespoons of barbacoa. Sour cream couldnt hardly be found, but it had about a half head of lettuce on it. I paid $50 for 2 burrito bowls! We each had 3-4 bites and threw the rest away!!

This was horrible. First off the burrito was HUMONGOUS. Second of all the quality of the meat was gross. Seems like Chipotle was probably trying to get rid of the meat which speaks to why the burrito was so big.
This is disappointing.

I love getting the burrito bowls, the last 2 times they were stuffed, I don't think there was enough room for anything else.

I order extra meat and paid 23 dollars and we barely got meat. Not happy. Do not order extra meat, you will not get it. No silverware. Disappointed.

I’m really disappointed with this order. The burrito was missing the specific items I actually chose, which defeats the whole point of customizing it. On top of that, the portion size was small (though that seems to be a problem with Chipotle in general). Still, what bothered me most is that the options I selected weren’t even included in my burrito it’s like they didn’t bother to read the order at all. Very careless.
