Ordered kids meal and burrito. Paid $30 and got 5 pieces of steak in kids meal and missing item in kids meal. Burrito came with two piece of steak and a couple pieces of chicken, no rice and no tomato salsa. Absolutely ridiculous quality and completely inconsistent. Very disappointed again.

Chipotle is usually a favorite of mine but this order was so disappointing! The fajita veggies were practically raw, I got 15 stale chips on the side, paid $3.50 for a tablespoon of guac. It was overall pretty bland tasting, I don't know what happened :(

I wanted to add that along with not much content being in my burrito bowl it was also full of water like a soup. Highly disappointed and would appreciate a refund. This is an image of the contents pushed to the side but I hadn't yet eaten any of it.

the meat was just fat and it wasnt even cooked right its was not fresh at all and the portion of lettuce in my bowl was barely anything i would love to order my bowl again but ive had the same problem with the meat freshness three times already and its honestly a waste of money at this point and very disappointing

This location is amazing when it's good and bad when it's bad. Sometimes the chips aren't salted. Sometimes the chips have a weird flavor. Sometimes the burrito bowl is sparse. Sometimes the guacamole is made with avocados that aren't ready yet. Very hot or miss
