Best meal I have ever eaten from chipotle tonight. All the ingredients tasted so fresh, perfectly grated cheese on top. Hearty portions. Chicken Burrito Bowl was outstanding! You have redeemed yourselves!

A salad bowl was supposed to include rice and it never did and the burrito bowl was fine but as far as salad, there was barely any lettuce. The steak had so much fat in it. It was difficult to eat.

I order this frequently. The tiniest ramekin of guacamole continues to decrease in content. The tiniest sack of chips has fewer in it each time we have ordered. I'm being generous when i say that I believe there were 8 chips. $5.80? Awful. I do not understand why Chipotle charges for chips at all, much less why they serve so few.

I guess I picked a bad day to order. Usually the quality of Chipotle is so consistent, but today nothing was good. The tortilla chips were greasy, the rice was cold and clumpy, and the fresh tomato salsa was maybe fresh last week? I choked it down...I paid for it, so I'm going to eat it, but it was definitely a sub-par Chipotle experience. It's not what I expect from the brand.
