Ordered a bowl while passing through town on the app. They forgot the salsa, the packaging was awful, chips were stale and over-salted. When I went into the restaurant to pick it up, it was absolutely disgusting... they argued about who needed to make the mobile order and still managed to forget ingredients

my order got stolen last week by a dasher, and my man ryan not only went above and beyond that night but tonight too! he hooked me up with some extra chips since they were out last time, and i can tell my quesadilla was made with lots of love.
this store and crew rocks! thank you all for making the moment right not only once but twice!!

Burrito is tiny. Steak in it way over cooked. Queso isn't very tasty. Organic Lemonade was switched out for the Minute Maid even though the price wasn't changed. And the real kicker the twelve stale chips I got. I swear this building is cursed it's about to be Steak and Shake 2.0.
