Not my first time at chipotle but this was the worst bowl I've ever had. Bowl only halfway full, every piece of steak was gristly and inedible. Not to mention....how are you going to package a bowl with 0 utensils? Im traveling from out of state and had to drive to a store to get a fork.

My food was very tasty and fresh. My only issue was that the rice and beans had some that were not completely cooked and handto eat. Also, my Large Chips were the same portion sizero as my small chips.

They forgot to add my queso so the entire bowl was dry. I also paid for chicken and double steak- and got the same amount of both so I paid an extra $9 for double steak for nothing.

I LOVE brisket but the brisket meat in my burrito was really over cooked and dry. It was like the last little bit of brisket in the pan and they scraped it up with a spoon and used it to make my $16 burrito. Not the best meal I've had from Chipotle.

Since when is 5 chips enough for Chips & Guacamole? The bag isn't even 1/4th of the way full and the chips that are in there are so stale you can't even bite through them.
