The kid's cheese quesadilla was ridiculously small for 6$- just a single small tortilla folded in half. Cold by the time it reached us. The burrito bowl was a sloppy mess, all over the bag and other food items.

The veggies salad was good but it was missing the dressing and the guac had brown color to it like it was from yesterday. I half expected for them to forget something which is why I prefer when a business will take special instructions (chipotle through DoorDash does not). For this reason we usually always go into the restaurant but I had a killer migraine and I needed to eat. Salsa portion on salad was slim too. Chips were very good.

I understand not wanting the option to have customers add special instructions as it makes the line go slower. At least offer the option for no beans double rice on the app. both the kids meal and the burrito bowl were so small in portion simply because I had no option to have double rice. I feel ripped off spending 19 dollars for a double steak bowl and have there be so little in the bowl. My daughters meal had one space empty, again a double rice option would be nice

The Burrito Bowl was soupy. Obviously the beans had not been drained well and there were several pieces of chicken gristle. Also, the Burrito was mushy because the beans had not been drained. Disappointing!

I specifi ordered a salad and didnt receive the vinaigrette and spent $30 to get double steak and I counted 12 cubes of burnt steak.
