Not a single item out of the 3 in the order was handled with any attention. The cheese Quesadilla hardly had any cheese and wasn't the size I usually get. the Burrito Bowl were filled with rice and minimal of the other items. This is really unfair to charge this much and not give the bare minimum.

Worst store in Toledo by far!!! Front counter person was rude. Didn't acknowledge me at all and just looked at me until I said I was there to pick up and order. Still didn't say a single word and just stood there for a minute until I said my name. The food was under substandard. I paid for extra protein and literally only got a half of a portion. Rice was crunchy and undercooked. The chicken that I did get was burnt and looked like the scraps from the container. On top of that my food wasn't even ready when I arrived, per the instructions of door dash. There needs to be a change in management or the entire staff in general.

I never eat the wrap of the Burrito. I only eat the inside ingredients. Im petty 🤣.There were liteally 8 small pieces of chicken in the entire burrito. I quit ordering for a year. Different state now, and they are all the same.When you dash yo will never get what you pay for.

I ordered the burrito bowl and it just wasn't good. It was late at night so that might have something to do with it, but it just wasn't it. I'd order again, just not later in the evening. The portion was decent. I don't feel like it was fresh. The queso was really good however.

I love Chipotle but this is the worst I've ever had The rice was hard as stone barely any chicken The vegetables were not fresh I mean all around the bull was garbage I ate four bites and had to throw it away I recommend going to a different location because I've never had Chipotle this bad in my entire life please go to a different one
