Burrito bowl: steak undercooked and only five pieces were in the bowl. I preferred queso vinaigrette and tomatillo and all of those items were missing I wouldn't recommend this store or the rude delivery driver

I'm pregnant and the baby wanted a super huge burrito and this one was stuffed and over flowing. The flavor was great as well this time around! Some times it's hit or miss.

I get chipotle all the time through pick up and delivery. The workers are kind of impatient toned and unenthusiastic. But the food is so good and the red chimuchiri sauce is my favorite, I don't want chipotle without it ever again. But.. this time I doordashed and my quesadilla was terrible burnt. I usually get the burrito bowl so I wouldn't know this could happen I guess. They should've noticed and re cooked the tortilla. I mean black. I DoorDash all the time and it was also cold bc it was terribly delayed but that's not the stores fault

The neglected to look at my order my bowl had rice I asked for no rice and 7 pieces of chicken for $22. Never again. My Guac was brown and not fresh

Service is super fast so it is surprising that the food arrives cold! The last few times I've ordered the flavor and texture have been off - crunchy beans, salty meat, stale chips. .
