My Burrito Bowl has no guacamole and it's an extra charge item of almost $4 I believe. The chips were stale and no utensils in the bag and being at a hotel with no silverware or access to utensils makes eating kind of impossible. The amount of rice to other item ratio is a huge difference as well. Although the taste is okay.

Tomatoes looked pale and not fresh . Also the chips were super stale!!! Very dissapointing! I order from here often!! Chips are inedible .

Well, I should have listened to the other negative reviews about this place. The steak is very bad quality, super hard, full of cartilage, couldn't chew through many pieces. The chips were also too salty and the burritos looked kind of dirty so to speak, with food outside of it. Very disappointed in this place, seemed low quality.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl with chicken and steak, and to be honest I barely had either or. It barely had anything and it was just a bowl of rice with my toppings I ordered, besides my chicken and steak. It got me sad I was looking forward to the steak and chicken :(

Rice was hard, seemed old. The steak was chewy, we weren't pleased with our order one bit.
