Paid extra for carnitas but my burrito bowl is 80% rice. Had to really search for any meat at all - there are maybe 3 teaspoon-sized pieces of meat in the whole bowl.

I bought food for my girlfriend and they barley gave her anything, there's still even space in the bowl which proves they didn't fill the place up, how are you going to charge me $24 for food but give me a poorly made meal

Waited in line for almost 10 min even though it said order ready I seen them serve other people bigger portions than Mine and I paid for double chicken they only gave me regular portions

Didn't have any lettuce, I asked for lemon and red salsa in the side and it was given and the chicken tasted old

Food was so unporportiined, there was only like 7 pieces of chicken, little to no rice and came with bowl with little food size.
