I ordered white rice an they mixed it with brown an the white rice was clumped up! Paid extra for steak an I had to spit the steak out because it wasn't chewable. The pic that is posted is how it came an I didn't even mix it. Definitely not getting ordering again at this location.

One of the bowls had so little protein in it and the other the meat was very grisly- the chips were stale but the Mexican Coke was great

Picked up order just after receiving message it was ready. Burrito bowl items are cold, wven the rice and meat! We have given this store so many chances and it has not improved. Not likely to order again. $15 for cold entree ans guacamole is not fresh; already browning and this is second time that has happened.

"Salad" is good, ingredients are always fresh- but barely enough lettuce leaves to call it an actual salad. Mostly rice, beans and whatever toppings you add... I wish there was a way to add more lettuce leaves in your salad bowl order!

The chicken was DRY. There was no guac, and all of the veggies were at the end of the burrito.
The chips were stale. Highly disappointed
