This Chipotle is consistently not great, but somehow I always feel like I need to give it a chance? The rice is always undercooked and crunchy, the steak is fatty/gristly and hard to chew. Ingredients are consistently missing. I've been into this store, done pick up, and delivery, and the quality of food is consistently not great.

Rice in the burrito bowl was hard, steak was rubbery, the tea drink was 10 days expired, and they forgot my a side. I usually have low expectations for Chipolte but this was awful.

The burrito was barely wrapped. it looked thin and fell apart right when I wrapped it. The chips were very greesy and bles heavily through the bag. Were very hard to eat.

keto bowl taste was great but my bowl was literally only filled half way. It appeared more like a side salad than an entree

Burrito Bowl was fabulous. Love the new chicken. And the tacos were so cute and tasty!
