better off to go in person best.
This was supposed to be a STEAK with -extra chicken on it.
Opened it and moved it because all i seen was a pitch of chicken and NO steak. Not no refund or etc was told can be even to me.
Everyone knows extra protien is $4.50 and not even that can be given back to me smh. Disappointed and for sure isnt the first time it happened to us.

The chips was stale. Not fresh and not worth $5. Worst chipotle I've ever had and the bag wasn't sealed.

Chicken Burritos barely had any chicken, added their nasty lettuce to both of my burritos when I didn't ask for lettuce, the rice and beans were dirt black and tasted burnt, and the Tortilla was dry and fell apart as I removed the tin foil.

The bowls were overfilled with undercooked rice with minimal other ingredients. There was no guac, just huge chunks of avacado.

The burrito was a half size when we ordered and paid for a full one and only 3 small pieces of meat. Not worth 15 dollars.
