Arrived at chipotle expecting my order to be completed, prior to arrival I had received a message saying my order was ready and packed for pick up. My food was not done, they barely started working on it when the order was placed 17min ago. While waiting for my food to be prepared, walk in customers arrive and managed to get their food before me. I was very upset cause I had to wait an additional 8-10min. While eating the burritos bowls our protein of honey Chicken was very chewy and hard, the guacamole was a slightly darker than usual. Overall unsatisfied with my order.

The camera doesn't do it justice, but the bowl seems to be emptier than usual. Bowl seems to have slightly less portions of protein added. Not sure if bowl was tampered with or order wasn't done correctly. Picture taken right after removing lid.

It looked like it was thrown all over .there was barely any meat or cheese inside the tortilla and the pieces of neati Did have were all fatty!
