There were only 6 to 7 small pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. the bowl was overloaded with lettuce and rice was in clumps. Absolutely terrible for what I paid. very unusual for this location that's normally good.

I had the burrito bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, beans(black and pinto), corn salsa, tomato salsa, cheese, chicken, sour cream, guacamole. The chicken is so delicious, it has a wonderful smokey flavor. The whole combination is delicious, I really enjoyed it. Too much food, but, now I have lunch for tomorrow!

RUINED MY FAMILIES DINNER. RAW RICE.
We get back home to eat after spending $60 on 2 bowls and 1 burrito and ALL of the rice is RAW!!! Literally crunchy and hurt my teeth to take a bite. I'm pregnant and was craving chipotle and I’m SO incredibly disappointed. My husbands burrito was small even for a children’s size and both bowls are shorted and not to mention FULL OF RAW CRUNCHY RICE!!!! AND, on top of this we tried to call to let the business know and you won’t believe it, they won’t answer. Not a way to run a business! And I see they already have a 2.4 star rating here on google, trust me, EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This chipotle has run itself into the ground, it’s never good anymore, and they CLEARLY don’t prioritize customer service and they have no intentions of improving. They’re just stealing your money and producing GARBAGE FOOD!!!

Everything was fine and normal except the amount of chips and Chips & Queso Blanco. $6 for so few chips and queso is insane. I've never gotten so few chips from chipotle before I was shocked when I opened the bag. It's not even half full. Maybe a quarter full. It's enough to mark it as a dislike because for that price it feels like a scam or a mistake.

Ordered 3 soft tacos with steak and there was literally almost no meat on them, just a glob of sour cream sprinkled with a tiny bit of cheese and lettuce. Also, the kids quesadilla was absolutely tiny. Very disappointed with the quality of this store.
