I usually love chipotle but this one particularly was terrible my burrito was so bland and they barely put any toppings on it the whole thing was pretty much rice. And that had zero flavor. For $20 you'd think they wouldn't be so stingy with some lettuce and pico.

To be fair, my husband ate half of his order before we realized we should take a picture of it. We order chipotle all the time.And love it. Tonight's order was not good. The tortilla chips were either stale or undercooked. The Burrito Bowl has a few issues: hardly any rice, very little onions and peppers and chicken was burnt... overall it was just lacking the normal flavor and consistency.

Got a chicken Burrito Bowl... extremely salty, burnt chicken, half sized portions for all about $20. The first issue ive had with Chipotle so hopefully just a one time thing...

When ordering a large cheese with chips. We ordered two at $10 each and it was small cont and had no cheese taste really. The bag chips was quarter full. Very disappointed in our order. Was not good.It just didnt have flavor.

Food tasted fresh, & was good as always. Only thing is I got the steak bowl, which was an upcharge of $2.00 & there was like 3 small pieces of steak. The serving of meat is not worthy extra charge. Chips & cheese were great!
