Chicken burrito bowl was terrible. It was watery on the bottom, and had barely any chicken. This place was really good about 10 years ago. They should just raise their prices if they're having problems on quality and meat portion size. I wouldn't mind laying more for a better quality product. Chicken was fatty with tendons and disgusting too.

Crazy I spend just about $14.00 on a burrito that was mostly tortilla. My topping were skimpy and they totally didnt put guacamole on which I PAID EXTRA $2.50 for! They also put other topics that I selected to be left off. Will not be a returning costumer to chipotle. They have gone way down hill the past couple years. What a shame.

My bowl was soupy from the beans, had literally 4 shreds of lettuce and half the amount of cheese. The chips I got were definitely not made there they tasted just like the tortilla chips u get from the grocery store, and the amount of chips was like half of what they normally give/what they're supposed to give.

The portion size seemed significantly smaller then my favorite location, the chipotle off balboa and the white rice was very hard but the steak did taste better, seemed to have more flavor

I get the burrito bowl all the tine when i walk in. Iordered thru door dash and whoever made my Burrito Bowl barely put any of the ingredpants on. i barely had any rice.Normally when you walk inyou get 2x as much so why am Igetting ripped off on the delivery option? also there wereno napkins or utecils, why?please fix this.
