I was based in Prince Rupert as a Bus Driver and had out of town Charters with Hiway Coaches.
this tastes like I was spoiled at Rupert Restaurants.
I travelled far and wide but this Seafood Chow Mein is superb having tasty sauce.

Best two choices, when I want everything from good quality Seafoods, Meats, Tofus, and Vegetables in a sauce that is balanced and not overpowering. Even the broccoli tasted wonderful. Each portion is enough for four servings, not overpriced, and truly enjoyable.

Deep-Fried Spicy Squids with Rock Salt / 椒盐鲜鱿 will always be my favourite, but price has gone up and quality down. used to have lettuce, chili flakes, and green onions on it. was a bit chewy this time. The 82. Fried Green Bean Szechuan-Style / 干煸四季豆 was fantastic and I wil be ordering it again. 6. Pork Spring Roll (4 pc) / 猪肉春卷 are always good. Never met a springroll I didn't like.
the 95. Steamed Rice /白米饭 was cooked perfectly and there was plenty left over.

Ok, so, I don't know if they actually count the slices of cucumber and pieces of duck for each order, but, my order contained 6 rice pancakes, two slices of cucumbers (sticks) that went into each pancake, and two slices of duck that also went into each pancake, which essentially made up the perfect wrap for each pancake. Lol. I've no idea if that was deliberate or accidental, nonetheless, it was the perfect amount. Also, for a single order it was listed as'1/2 (half) of duck. It was not. A half of duck should be one thigh, one breast. But I believe I got one breast, so technically I got a 1/4 (quarter), not a half. Anyhow, it was tasty. I'm only giving 1 star less because the onions and cucumbers were dry. Other than that it was a lovely meal.
