The chicken was absolutely fabulous!!!!!! The chicken was marinated in buttermilk , or brined overnight, to eliminate that awful bloody that you experience from most Edmonton restaurants. I wish you would build a franchise on the southside when I return home from my current hospitalizatiion. The only MINOR complaiint is the salt used in the chicken and the honey biscuits could be reduced, yet the mashed potatoes were totally devoid of salt. Anyway, than you for such absolutely wonderful chicken. I'm glad I got to finally try your restaurant -
