chicken was very hard and dry. I couldn't eat it plus I didn't get my pepper. I was only issued a $5 refund for a $16 order that I didn't get to eat

Honestly, I have never been a fan of Church's, but I craved fried chicken; I ordered the 3pc white and I must say it was HOT & DELICIOUSLY prepared! Let's just say I've ordered here 3x in the past week! I have been converted, and I'm proud to say it!

Chicken cook to hard and dry . Fries half done . Chicken taste like it been sitting there for ever. If I'm gonna pay my 23.00 on food I expect it to be done and not dry . But yall only wants to give some body 5.00 back that's not right. I will be call corporate because this is sad.
