The worst chicken ever. Chicken is hard, not fresh. No flavor. Biscuit raw on the inside. The gravy was slob. Poor quality. Poor service

3PC Chicken was hard, very hard, and felt like my tooth broke my notes. Only got two pieces did get my side that I paid extra for.

This is my second time ordering today and my order was still wrong. There was no mashed potatoes in the bag. Now the diver called to inform me about a soda substitution but nothing about my side being missing.
