I’m making a complaint about my order because the food I received was completely unacceptable. I ordered a 3-piece Church’s meal, and all of the chicken was burnt. The fried okra, which I paid almost an extra dollar for, was also completely burnt and came out of the bag in a mess. The bread was broken as well.
I’m not sure if the food being all over the bag was caused by the Dasher during delivery, but regardless, the condition of the food was unacceptable, especially because the chicken and okra were burnt to the point that I could barely eat them.
As a college student, I don’t have money to waste on food that I can’t eat. I ended up having to eat Cup Noodles instead because my meal was in such poor condition. I would really appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation for this order.

everything was good we only received 9 pieces of chicken...I couldn't even be mad because the chicken was cooked perfectly

Well they didn't give me the Churchie Classic Chicken Sandwich. That wasn't in the bag and then they also didn't give me the Baked Mac & Cheese as well, instead they gave mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was very dry so I ended up throwing it away. The only thing that was really good was the fried okra and the biscuit.
